In late May, St. A's third grade students held their annual Lemonade Stand fundraiser to benefit Make-A-Wish New Jersey. This year's event raised over $1,500, which was donated to Make-A-Wish on June 12. Click hear to read the "thank you" letter sent to our school on June 18th.
Eighth grade student Ella H. was recognized as a Student Community Helper by the South Brunswick Police Department at their Heroes and Helpers event on December 14th. The event recognized some truly exceptional kids who have made a positive impact on their schools or community with a special day to honor their accomplishments. Click here for more.

From the New Jersey Catholic Conference: Governor Murphy announced his proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 on March 8, 2022. The Budget process is now in the hands of the Legislature. We are asking the Legislature for increases in nonpublic school transportation and compensatory education (remedial language arts and math). Click here for more information and to take action.

Nonpublic school transportation continues to be problematic for many students with the result being that parents receive aid-in-lieu payments instead of transportation. Aid-in-lieu for parents at the current rate does not help in getting their children to and from a nonpublic school. Please contact Governor Murphy and ask that he increase the per-pupil ceiling for nonpublic school transportation from $1,000 to $1,150. Congress is considering legislation that would have an enormous impact on the delivery of Pre-K and childcare services in this country. Unfortunately, the bill as currently drafted would severely limit the ability of faith-based providers to participate. Please click above to contact your U.S. representative and senators and tell them that they cannot expand access to pre-k and childcare by reducing the number of providers parents can choose from.
