Process for Early Childhood - Grade 8 Admission to
 St. Augustine of Canterbury Sschool

• Complete the Application Form:
  • Pre-K 3:   Download Application Form     Apply Online
  • Pre-K 4:   Download Application Form     Apply Online
  • Grades K-8:   Download Application Form     Apply Online

• Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate. Pre-K 3-Grade 8 (Baptismal information only required of Catholic families)
    
• Tour of school followed by admission interview of both parents and prospective student(s)
   
• Review of all prior academic records from previous institution(s)
    
• Review of medical/immunization records to ensure we can meet the full needs of the student
    
• Grade level readiness assessment (Math/Language Arts/Reading and Writing)
    
• Documentation of additional Educational Services recommended ensuring that support services can be rendered.
    
• After full review of admission criteria, an administrator will sign off officially granting admission to St. Augustine School
    
• Review of Mass attendance by Father Bob (St. Augustine Parishioners or Letter in Good Standing from your Pastor)
