We have several positions to fill with a range of time commitments and responsibilities. Whether you can contribute a small or large amount of time, we can use your help! 

Registration
- Log registrants
- Coordinate table seating arrangements
- Greet and check guests in, and distribute admission tickets at the door

Solicitation
- Contact businesses / organizations and solicit prize donations
- Visit local businesses, requesting prize donations and/or advertisements to be
printed in the event program
- Place follow up calls regarding gift status
- Arrange drop-off / pick-up of donations

Shopping
- Help select items for the online wish list to assist donors
- Purchase prizes on behalf of those who provide monetary contributions

Decorating
- Coordinate décor to fit the event theme
- Purchase / create décor -Event decorating

Basket Assembly
- Create & Wrap baskets and prizes attractively

Publicity
- Design event fliers & event signage
- Advertise event online and in print
- Coordinate ad donations for event program
- Create/ print event program

Event Help
- Help set up for the event and/or clean up afterwards
- Hourly shifts & all-night ticket sellers needed
- Announce winning raffle numbers
- Run prizes to lucky winners / confirm the winning ticket numbers
